- Your DocuShare server ID
- Your DocuShare version number, including any updates installed
- Your DocuShare operating system including updates, hardware configurations, and recent maintenance activities
- The details of your problem, including what steps led up to the problem, the content of any error messages, and problem reproducibility
- Your configuration and log files, should they be requested
